The management of the cold during the batch freezing is controlled by the system, which calibrates the cold according to the desired consistency and amount. The A+ System also acts during the extraction phase to maintain the consistency of the ice cream unaltered and of optimal quality.
The structure is entirely made of stainless steel aisi 304, specific for food, and has a very thick, although compact, self-supporting frame.
1 - The pasteurization and batch freezing phases can work simultaneously or separately. Both processes require 11 minutes for 8/10 liters of ice cream. 2- Two simple and intuitive keyboards make it possible to program the pasteurization and batch freezing cycles separately by using customized settings. 3- The pasteurized mixture goes from the upper cylinder to the lower one, through an internal and patented passage that is managed electronically, without manual interventions or risks of contamination. 4- The practical showerhead system inside of the heating cylinder and the simple release of the batch freezing blade with the female coupling ensure the rapid and complete cleaning of this machine.
